Nice. And funny! I like low levels of spice, so you won't catch me within ten feet of that bad boy! I presume that Blair makes sauces out of the Bhut Jolokia? Or was it just a showpiece?

Yep, indeed Blair does make a Bhut Jolokia sauce. I can't imagine
using it on anything, though.
